Morning offer
Every morning until 12 noon at Pie & Pint, 60 Vittoria Street, in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter.
One handmade pie and one pint, every morning until 12 noon.
Mornings in the Quarter
The Quarter is at work long before lunch. Benches are lit in the workshops, the School of Jewellery is filling up along Vittoria Street, and the shutters are going up on Warstone Lane and Vyse Street.
That's the part of the day we had in mind. Come in before 12 noon, any day of the week, and one handmade pie with one pint is £14.99. The pie goes in the oven when you order it, so it reaches the table hot, under a butter pastry lid.
Choose your pieHow it works
Half the menu comes from the British pub, half from the curry house. Chicken Balti if you want the Birmingham one, Chicken & Mushroom if you'd rather keep it classic.
The offer runs every morning, seven days a week, and finishes at 12 noon. Pies are baked to order, so allow a little time before you need to be back.
We're on Vittoria Street, a short walk from the Chamberlain Clock, Jewellery Quarter station and St Paul's Square. An easy stop before the museum or a morning round the jewellers.
